The Plant Post & Practice

Each month, a curated box arrives at your door with the herbs and supplies needed to craft a remedy. Together, we gather online on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 PM CST for a live workshop where I demonstrate the process, explain preparation techniques, share the traditional uses of the included herbs, and guide you through hands-on practice with space for your questions. Can’t make it live? The session is recorded so you can follow along in your own time. The Plant Post & Practice is more than a package—it’s an invitation to learn, craft, and grow your confidence with herbal medicine. To receive your box in time, please register by the first Monday of the month.

Gather & Grow Workshops

Once a month, we gather to grow our knowledge and get our hands dirty. Each workshop offers a lesson in herbal wisdom, co-creation and you’ll leave with something tangible, whether it’s an herbal medicine or a plant to tend at home. $50 includes all materials. Class size is limited to 6 to ensure an intimate and supportive educational experience.

MATERIA MEDICA MOONLIT MEDITATION

Each full moon, we gather in circle to illuminate the wisdom of a featured herb. Together, we share an herbal treat for a truly immersive experience and deepen our exploration of the plant’s materia medica through its history, preparations, and traditional uses. From study we move into stillness, resting in a meditative sound bath to steep in the resonance of plant and moon. In this shared circle, we honor the herb and the cycles that move through us, creating space for reflection, connection, and healing.
