Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the art of crafting flower essences. We’ll work with seasonal blooms including yarrow, calendula, lavender, passionflower, chamomile and more! We’ll spend our time together learning flower essences are made and how they support emotional and energetic wellbeing. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with the plants, learn preparation methods and leave with their very own flower essence to take home!

Periodically, we gather to grow our knowledge and get our hands dirty. Each workshop offers a lesson in herbal wisdom, co-creation and you’ll leave with something tangible, whether it’s an herbal medicine or a plant to tend at home. Class size is limited to 6 to ensure an intimate and supportive educational experience.
