Time: 5:30p PST / 7:30p CST / 8:30p EST

Workshop: Adaptogens

This month’s Plant Post & Practice explores adaptogens, a class of herbs that support the body’s ability to respond to stress and restore balance. We’ll cover what adaptogenic herbs are, how they are traditionally used, and simple, accessible ways to integrate them into everyday life, including through food.

The session will conclude with a hands-on adaptogenic chocolate-making demonstration, where you’ll follow along using the materials from your mailed Practice Package. Your Practice Package includes the chocolate, herbs, and mold needed to craft your own treat to try! Participants will choose one of two adaptogenic chocolate blends, selected at check out: Held Heart or Open Heart.

1: Held Heart: ashwagandha, shatavari, lavender

Held Heart is a nourishing, grounding blend created to support rest, emotional safety, and nervous system ease. Ashwagandha and shatavari work together to soften stress and replenish what has been depleted, while a lavender topping invites gentle calm. Choose this blend if you are craving calm, restoration, or the feeling of being held and supported.

2: Open Heart: ashwagandha, schisandra, rose

Open Heart is a warming, enlivening blend designed to support presence, vitality, and connection. Ashwagandha offers steady resilience while schisandra supports clarity and circulation, finished with rose to gently open the heart and senses. Choose this blend if you want to feel more engaged, connected, and emotionally available.
