Register by November 30 to receive your box in time! This month’s Plant Post & Practice offers an introduction to tincture making. We’ll explore the fundamentals including ratios, choosing appropriate menstrums, working with fresh vs. dried herbs, and best practices for crafting potent extracts. Your mailed box will include all the supplies to create your own echinacea tincture during the live session, putting your new knowledge directly into practice!

Plant Post & Practice: Each month, a curated box arrives at your door with the herbs and supplies needed to craft a remedy. Together, we gather online on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 PM CST for a live workshop where I demonstrate the process, explain preparation techniques, share the traditional uses of the included herbs, and guide you through hands-on practice with space for your questions. Can’t make it live? The session is recorded so you can follow along in your own time. The Plant Post & Practice is more than a package; it’s an invitation to learn, craft, and grow your confidence with herbal medicine.
