Register by December 31 to receive your box in time! This month’s Plant Post & Practice explores the art of glycerite making, a sweet, alcohol-free method for crafting herbal extracts. We’ll cover the fundamentals including ratios, herb selection, proper preparation techniques, and tips for creating shelf-stable remedies. Your mailed box will include all the supplies to create your own gut-supportive glycerite featuring fennel, ginger, chamomile, and mint during the live session, putting your new knowledge directly into practice!

Plant Post & Practice: Each month, a curated box arrives at your door with the herbs and supplies needed to craft a remedy. Together, we gather online on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 PM CST for a live workshop where I demonstrate the process, explain preparation techniques, share the traditional uses of the included herbs, and guide you through hands-on practice with space for your questions. Can’t make it live? The session is recorded so you can follow along in your own time.
