Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn how to craft your own elderberry syrup for seasonal wellness support. All supplies are provided, and each participant will take home a 4 oz bottle of their freshly made syrup.

Once a month, we gather to grow our knowledge and get our hands dirty. Each workshop offers a lesson in herbal wisdom, co-creation and you’ll leave with something tangible, whether it’s an herbal medicine or a plant to tend at home. Class size is limited to 6 to ensure an intimate and supportive educational experience.
